Digital Campaign for Bad Robot

Founder

This project began as an effort to gain perspective on the growing dilemmas presented by our reliance on the digital world. We can't completely rid our lives of tech, nor should we have to. Instead, we should make technology work for us. The resulting guide exists to help our community take a step in the right direction, finding balance between the digital and physical worlds.

Intelligent Avatars for IDX Group

Lead Designer and Researcher

We helped one of Australasia's largest radiology providers deploy an intelligent avatar across multiple brands under the Integral Diagnostics umbrella. The avatar is designed to make booking an appointment effortless for patients, which can be done from any device, 24/7. Being integrated directly with administrative and clinical systems creates efficiency and saves staff time.

Referral Automation for Mercy Radiology

Project Lead and Designer

We helped Mercy Radiology develop a referral automation solution. Using a mix of OCR, layout detection, and process automation, this solution extracts key fields from dozens of varied referral documents and identifies required information. This allowed staff to spend their time on more important work, rather than reading and entering countless referrals each day.

This resulted in the design and development of four prototype solutions.

Tech Education for SeniorNet NZ

Project Lead and Tutor

SeniorNet is an amazing organisation that exists to help anyone over the age of 65 make better use of digital technology. We did this to give senior learners the tools to develop their skills and confidence outside of the classroom.
